MenoMinds Refund & Cancellations Policy

1. Membership Fees

Membership fees are payable in advance and provide immediate access to the MenoMinds Community and member resources.

2. Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future payments being taken.

Access to the community will continue until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Partial months of membership.

• Unused membership.

• Failure to access the community.

• Failure to attend live events included within membership.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe exceptional circumstances apply, please contact us.

Any refund offered outside your statutory rights will be entirely at the discretion of MenoMinds.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
