A space for ongoing learning, shared wisdom and a community that understands.

The MenoMinds Academy is a monthly space for women who have completed the MenoMinds course and want to keep learning, connecting and feeling supported as they navigate perimenopause and menopause.

Because one course is rarely enough and menopause isn’t a moment in time – it’s a transition. We know that meaningful change happens when we’re able to return, reflect, deepen our understanding and feel less alone along the way.

The Academy brings together expert-led learning with the power of community, creating a safe space to explore what really helps women live well and work well during this phase of life.

What are the Academy sessions?

The MenoMinds Academy runs monthly 50-minute online sessions, designed to be supportive, practical and easy to attend alongside busy working lives.

Each session includes:

  • A short, focused talk from an expert

  • Evidence-based insights, grounded in lived experience

  • Space to connect with other women who have attended the MenoMinds course

  • Time for reflection, shared learning and gentle conversation

This isn’t about information overload or fixing yourself. It’s about normalising, understanding and supporting what you’re experiencing together.

Topics we explore

The Academy expert talks respond to what women tell us they need most and are recorded for you to access anytime. Topics include:

  • Mindfulness – practical tools for focus, calm and emotional regulation

  • Imposter syndrome – understanding self-doubt and rebuilding confidence

  • Self-compassion – learning to be kinder to yourself during change

  • Sleep – supporting rest, energy and cognitive clarity

  • Nutrition – nourishing your body and brain through menopause

  • Gratitude and mindset – building resilience without toxic positivity

  • And other themes shaped by the realities of women’s lived experience

Each session offers something you can take away and apply, without pressure or perfection.

Who is the Academy for?

The MenoMinds Academy is for women who have completed the MenoMinds course and want:

  • Ongoing learning rather than a one-off experience

  • A sense of belonging and shared understanding

  • Space to talk openly about menopause without judgement

  • Expert guidance that feels human, not clinical

  • To continue developing tools that support their wellbeing at work and beyond

Many women tell us the most powerful part of MenoMinds is realising they’re not alone. The Academy keeps that connection alive.

Why community matters

Menopause can be an isolating experience, particularly for women who are juggling work, leadership, caring responsibilities and expectations to “carry on as normal”. Many women tell us they spend years managing symptoms quietly, questioning themselves and feeling disconnected from their confidence, energy and sense of identity. Without space to talk openly, it’s easy to believe you’re the only one struggling.

Community changes that. Being alongside other women who get it creates relief, validation and strength. The MenoMinds Academy offers a safe space to be heard, to learn from shared experience and to realise you’re not alone. It’s in connection that insight deepens, self-compassion grows and sustainable change becomes possible.

    - Nicola Shearer, Director Little Springtime

  • I attended this workshop yesterday and found it inspiring to be with a group of professional women all juggling multiple thing - business, family, health, professional profile while on a roller coaster of perimenopausal symptoms. Many ideas not only on how to help ourselves but wider support and tools available and even women sharing how they have created spaces and communities of their own - truly inspiring. MenoMinds Haley & Victoria created an amazing safe space for all of this to happen in 3 short hours. Thank you - I will be recommending the course to all the women I know - pre peri, peri and post menopause.

    - Nicola Shearer, Director Little Springtime

  • It made me feel validated and accepted in my burnout and encouraged me to try to get back to using my skills more. The course allowed a safe space to openly discuss many difficult aspects of menopause. The facilitators put me at ease from the start. It made me feel validated and accepted in my burnout and encouraged me to try to get back to using my skills more.

Thank you for championing Menopause education - it is so needed.

    - Victoria Ingamells, Product Manager

  • The workshop provides a safe space to connect, learn and share experiences without judgement.

    - Natalie, Accountant

  • Even though we all might have learned quite a bit about menopause and mental health in the last couple of years through our own and others' experiences, this session connected several seemingly isolated data points and that made the learning experience very effective for me. It provided me a gentle nudge and affirmed how I can take better care of myself in this phase of my life. I also thoroughly enjoyed connecting and learning with others in the process.

    - Vibha Chokhani, Executive Coach & Counsellor

  • This session was relaxed, informative, and welcoming. Even though I’m not menopausal yet, I want to learn more about my body and how I can be more proactive with my overall health rather than reactive. I highly recommend this session to any woman who is navigating these changes or simply looking to better understand her body, like me.

    - Jessica, Chief of Staff

  • I would recommend women of any age to attend this session. It is a chance to take time for yourself and explore symptoms and mental health whilst also talking to other women. Lots of information about how to access further support and things that can be done on an Individual basis to help.

    - Rachael Sutton, Occupational Health Nurse

  • The Menominds workshop was insightful, practical and genuinely impactful. It created space for honest reflection while offering tools that felt immediately usable.

    - Jacqui Mark, Head of People

  • This session anchored me in knowledge I didn’t even realise I needed. I’m leaving with practical tools, greater clarity, and a renewed confidence, not only in navigating my own menopause experience, but also in holding supportive, open conversations at work.
