Why do we ask about biological sex?

These workshops focus specifically on the biological and hormonal experience of menopause and provide a confidential space for participants to discuss personal experiences.

For the purposes of these workshops, biological female refers to sex rather than gender identity. We recognise that people who are biologically female may have different gender identities.

We recognise that partners, colleagues and other allies can also benefit from menopause education, and we may offer separate sessions for allies in the future.

  • I attended this workshop yesterday and found it inspiring to be with a group of professional women all juggling multiple thing - business, family, health, professional profile while on a roller coaster of perimenopausal symptoms. Many ideas not only on how to help ourselves but wider support and tools available and even women sharing how they have created spaces and communities of their own - truly inspiring. MenoMinds Haley & Victoria created an amazing safe space for all of this to happen in 3 short hours. Thank you - I will be recommending the course to all the women I know - pre peri, peri and post menopause.

    - Nicola Shearer, Director Little Springtime

    - Victoria Ingamells, Product Manager

  • The workshop provides a safe space to connect, learn and share experiences without judgement.

    - Natalie, Accountant

  • Even though we all might have learned quite a bit about menopause and mental health in the last couple of years through our own and others' experiences, this session connected several seemingly isolated data points and that made the learning experience very effective for me. It provided me a gentle nudge and affirmed how I can take better care of myself in this phase of my life. I also thoroughly enjoyed connecting and learning with others in the process.

    - Vibha Chokhani, Executive Coach & Counsellor

  • This session was relaxed, informative, and welcoming. Even though I’m not menopausal yet, I want to learn more about my body and how I can be more proactive with my overall health rather than reactive. You're not imagining it

Menopause affects far more than physical symptoms. It can influence how we think, feel, work and show up every day. Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, forgetful or unlike yourself is far more common than many women realise.

The good news? Once we understand what's happening, we can begin to support ourselves in ways that genuinely make a difference. That's exactly what this course is here to help you do.

MenoMinds Workshop

This course has been created exclusively for biological women experiencing perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause who want to better understand the impact menopause can have on their mental wellbeing.

Whether you're working full-time, part-time, self-employed, taking a career break, retired or caring for others, you'll leave with practical tools and trusted guidance to help you navigate this stage of life with greater confidence.

There's no pressure to speak or share anything personal, you're welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you.
