  • In a world where terms like menopause, menopause and perimenopause get banded around as reasons to make us feel 'less than', I just spent two hours with a group of brilliant, professional women who made me feel like I'm just where I need to be.

We built the MenoMinds Community because women wanted more

Through delivering free CPD-accredited menopause workshops to more than 1,000 women, we kept hearing the same thing. Women valued the education, but they wanted somewhere to continue the conversation.

They were looking for trusted guidance, practical support and a welcoming community they could return to long after the workshop had ended.

Those conversations became the foundation of the MenoMinds Community.

Meet the founders

MenoMinds was founded by Haley White and Victoria Brookbank after supporting hundreds of women through CPD-accredited menopause education.

Together, they've seen first-hand how many women leave a workshop wanting ongoing support, trusted guidance and somewhere to continue learning. MenoMinds was created to provide exactly that.

What it actually feels like in the MenoMinds Community

Ask anyone who's been to a MenoMinds workshop, and they'll tell you the same thing: no judgement, no jargon, no sense that you have to have it all figured out before you show up.

99% of women who attended a MenoMinds workshop said they'd attend another. We think that says more about the feel and atmosphere of the space we’re creating than we ever could.

Come as you are

There's no expectation to have all the answers, no pressure to attend every session and no judgement if your experience looks different to someone else's.

Whether you'd like to ask questions, share your experiences or simply listen, you're welcome to join us in whatever way feels right for you.

  • Fantastic workshop! So interesting, informative and friendly. I loved the neuroscience and biological information which validates the reality of the changes.

    - Sarah T, Dialectical Behaviour Therapist & Founder of Flourish Midlife

  • A really positive, insightful, supportive session that moved at the perfect pace, lots of useful information that not only makes you feel more 'normal' through menopause, but also gave tangible solutions and ideas to take away for personal use and to share with my team, friends and family. I thought it was fantastic.

    - Rebecca, Head of Business Operations

  • Empower yourself with the knowledge and skills during your peri-menopause and menopause journey.

    - Lynsey G

  • I am not alone, recognising the symptoms, boundaries as self employed; loved meditation and breathing session - Victoria's voice is incredibly calming.

    - Iwona S

  • Every woman should attend these course. And everyone that knows a woman. It is empowering and reassuring.

    - Alison B, Owner Flourish Accounts

  • I found it useful and engaging. I think we need to talk more about this topic, bring awareness and educate ourselves so we can build community around this and support each other.

    - Natalia, Executive Director Early Years Cocoon

  • I loved the interaction and experiential format as well as the neuroscience and biological information which validates the reality of the changes. A fantastic workshop! So interesting, informative and friendly. Lovely ladies, knowledgeable and professional, as well as warm.

    - Sarah Turner, Dialectical Behaviour Therapist & Founder of Flourish Midlife

  • So good to be in a learning space to hear facts and other people’s stories and coping mechanisms. All inspiring!

    - Nicola Shearer, Director Little Springtime

  • It made me feel validated and accepted in my burnout and encouraged me to try to get back to using my skills more. The course allowed a safe space to openly discuss many difficult aspects of menopause. The facilitators put me at ease from the start. It made me feel validated and accepted in my burnout and encouraged me to try to get back to using my skills more.

    - Dr. Kate Yorke, Consultant Clinical Psychologist

  • There is always something new to learn about our amazing bodies and I left this session with more awareness of how perimenopause may affect me and what action I can take to help myself. I left the session feeling validated, reassured, and optimistic!

    - Veena, Content Strategist

  • Offers you a beautiful sense of support on a journey that feel lonely and confusing.

    - Emma Stewart, Programme Manager, Parents 1st UK

  • A real eye-opener, so good to be able to make more sense of everything, particularly all the emotions and realise that I am not alone on this journey. It really makes a lot of sense and gave me some things I can work on to improve my own wellbeing both at work and home. Thank you for championing Menopause education - it is so needed.

    - Victoria Ingamells, Product Manager

  • The workshop provides a safe space to connect, learn and share experiences without judgement.

    - Natalie, Accountant

  • Even though we all might have learned quite a bit about menopause and mental health in the last couple of years through our own and others' experiences, this session connected several seemingly isolated data points and that made the learning experience very effective for me. It provided me a gentle nudge and affirmed how I can take better care of myself in this phase of my life. I also thoroughly enjoyed connecting and learning with others in the process.

    - Vibha Chokhani, Executive Coach & Counsellor

  • This session was relaxed, informative, and welcoming. Even though I’m not menopausal yet, I want to learn more about my body and how I can be more proactive with my overall health rather than reactive. I highly recommend this session to any woman who is navigating these changes or simply looking to better understand her body, like me.

    - Jessica, Chief of Staff

  • I would recommend women of any age to attend this session. It is a chance to take time for yourself and explore symptoms and mental health whilst also talking to other women. Lots of information about how to access further support and things that can be done on an Individual basis to help.

    - Rachael Sutton, Occupational Health Nurse

  • This session anchored me in knowledge I didn’t even realise I needed. I’m leaving with practical tools, greater clarity, and a renewed confidence, not only in navigating my own menopause experience, but also in holding supportive, open conversations at work.

    - G.H.
