Experience MenoMinds. Meet the founders. Ask your questions.
Before the MenoMinds Community launches, we're running one free live workshop on Monday 14th September at 6:30 pm. Hosted by our founders, Haley White and Victoria Brookbank.
There's absolutely no pressure to join afterwards. It's simply an opportunity to experience MenoMinds for yourself, meet the founders and ask any questions you might have.
We built the MenoMinds Community because women wanted more
Through delivering free CPD-accredited menopause workshops to more than 1,000 women, we kept hearing the same thing. Women valued the education, but they wanted somewhere to continue the conversation.
They were looking for trusted guidance, practical support and a welcoming community they could return to long after the workshop had ended.
Those conversations became the foundation of the MenoMinds Community.

Meet the founders
MenoMinds was founded by Haley White and Victoria Brookbank after supporting hundreds of women through CPD-accredited menopause education.
Together, they've seen first-hand how many women leave a workshop wanting ongoing support, trusted guidance and somewhere to continue learning. MenoMinds was created to provide exactly that.

What it actually feels like in the MenoMinds Community
Ask anyone who's been to a MenoMinds workshop, and they'll tell you the same thing: no judgement, no jargon, no sense that you have to have it all figured out before you show up.
99% of women who attended a MenoMinds workshop said they'd attend another. We think that says more about the feel and atmosphere of the space we’re creating than we ever could.
Come as you are
There's no expectation to have all the answers, no pressure to attend every session and no judgement if your experience looks different to someone else's.
Whether you'd like to ask questions, share your experiences or simply listen, you're welcome to join us in whatever way feels right for you.

FAQs
-
The MenoMinds Community is an expert-led online membership designed to support women through every stage of menopause. It combines trusted menopause education, practical wellbeing support, live workshops, on-demand resources and a welcoming community where women can learn, connect and feel supported.
Our aim is simple: to help you better understand what's happening to your mind and body, build confidence and develop practical strategies that support your wellbeing throughout menopause.
*The MenoMinds Community is limited to biological females only.
-
If you're looking for more than one-off menopause education, the MenoMinds Community offers ongoing support, practical wellbeing tools and expert guidance you can return to whenever you need it. Alongside live sessions and trusted resources, you'll become part of a welcoming community of women who understand what you're experiencing.
-
Yes! We have annual subscription offers for all organisations and employers. Please see the Organisation page and contact us directly.
-
These workshops focus specifically on the biological and hormonal experience of menopause and provide a confidential space for participants to discuss personal experiences.
For the purposes of these workshops, biological female refers to sex rather than gender identity. We recognise that people who are biologically female may have different gender identities.
We recognise that partners, colleagues and other allies can also benefit from menopause education, and we may offer separate sessions for allies in the future.
-
MenoMinds is for biological women who are:
Perimenopausal
Menopausal
Post-menopausal

Looking for trusted, evidence-informed education
Wanting practical wellbeing support
Seeking connection with women who understand their experiences
Whether you're noticing symptoms for the first time or have been navigating menopause for years, you're welcome here.
-
Absolutely. You don't need any previous knowledge. Everything is explained in an accessible, supportive way, helping you build confidence at your own pace.
-
Yes. Many of our members join during perimenopause when they're first beginning to notice changes in their mood, confidence, sleep or wellbeing. The Community supports women through perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause.
-
Absolutely. Menopause doesn't end after your last period. Many women continue to experience physical and emotional changes for years afterwards, which is why our Community supports women through post-menopause too.
-
No. The community is open to all biological females. While many members discover us through our free workshops, attending one isn't a requirement.
-
Unfortunately, no. MenoMinds has been created specifically to support the biological and hormonal experiences of women. To keep our discussions, education and support relevant to those experiences, attendance is currently limited to biological females only.
We recognise that many men want to better understand and support the women in their lives. We hope to offer workshops specifically for men in the future, so please keep an eye on our website for updates.
